NUTRITION LOG (03/19 ONLY):
No holds barred during tournament weekend for nutrition. Other than only eating a little jerky and almonds early on Saturday (preferred to keep sharp by fasting all day). Everything else was a matter of eating and drinking whatever I wanted, especially post-tournament.

6am-
200mg caffeine
1000mg vitamin C

630am-
25gr Carnivore protein
about 10 raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

230pm-
6 strips of bacon
4 large eggs fried in coconut oil
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

945pm-
Huge salad with romain lettuce and spinach, artichoke hearts, one whole large avocado, red onion, and some vinaigrette dressing
2 huge chicken breasts cooked in leftover bacon grease
2400mg fish oil
2000mg flaxseed oil

About 1130pm I will take 3mg of melatonin, 3 ZMA capsules and some roobios tea.
