NUTRITION:
2 cheat meals in 2 days. Sushi Friday night and then went out with friends and had some hard cider and some other bar "finger foods" that definitely weren't paleo friendly. Not a problem, and nothing a week won't fix. Still, it will take almost a week to undo a single extra cheat meal.
