Fighting nasty cold. Did lots of movement teaching, but only knocked out my 4 1-arm pushup and pullup ladders for today.

1 tbsp coconut oil

About 8oz of steak pan cooked in bacon grease

small bowl filled with blueberries and raw almonds

4 fish oil caps

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

Stacey and I grabbed some Thai food tonight. Kind of questionable on the sauces and stuff, as is any meal out. I had a spicy orange chicken dish with 2 cups of white rice. This small intro of carbs after being almost ketogenic for the past week pumped me up pretty good. White rice once in a while is OK for me, and is one of the non-paleo foods I can stand in very limited amounts. This will be the cheat meal for the week.

Late night: Made very sure to hit the Zn, Mg, tonight and took an epsom salt bath. The Mg and Zn is great for recovery.

Like yesterday, I didn't eat until afternoon. Downed lots of cold meds though. 

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover steak

whole large avocado with fresh lemon and cayenne pepper

4 fish oil caps

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

broiled wild salmon and a huge salad with all the usual veggies

4 fish oil caps

cod liver oil

11pm-

Hit the recovery stuff hard again tonight.
