NUTRITION:

2/13

Cheat meal/day today!

What I was craving, so about 2pm I had a giant hamburger with 1/2 the bun and a huge bunch of French fries, and then later than night I had some GF pasta dish at Smokey Mtn. Pizza. (Remember gluten free does not mean healthy! I consider this a cheat meal only.)

Trust me, eating like this 2x in one day is definitely NOT usual for me and I fully expect to be up a few pounds when I step on the scale next. No big deal. I don't want to be lighter than I am.

02/14

Pretty simple day today.

830am-

1 scoop GAT Nitraflex preworkout

1230pm-

Hit the Mongolian BBQ for lunch with friends. This is literally the only place in the county that any of us felt was decent to eat at, without it turning into an all-out cheat meal.

This can either be a disaster if you add noddles and some of the dark, soy sauces, or it can be made pretty healthy.

I just loaded up a huge bowl with beef, spinach, broccoli, red cabbage, cilantro, and green onion. Stuck with non sweet sauces like curry, ginger, red pepper flake, lemon, garlic, and salt water with some "sesame oil." (I'm not convinced this wasn't some cheaper oil, now that I think of it. Going to ask next time).

Ate enough that I really didn't feel a need to eat the rest of the day.

9pm-

Had some pino noir and some different cheeses with Stacey while watching the dog show on TV. That was our exciting Valentine's Day evening.

11pm-

Night supplements:

400mg GNC Super Magnesium

50mg Zinc

100mg Vitamin B6
