Wendy's 3/4lb triple cheeseburger! 1079 calories, 67 grams fat, 47 grams carbs and 72gr protein...72gr protein! This wouldn't have been such a disaster, but I included a large order of fries...This is what cheat meals are for.
2400mg of fish oil and 2000iu of vitamin D.

Gat Nitraflex, Green Apple, 300-Grams

Huge salad with 1 whole giant chicken breast, 1 whole large avocado, 1 whole tomato, sliced red onion vinaigrette dressing and grated asiago cheese.
1 whole additional giant chicken breast. (No kidding these were giant...probably aboout 20oz total of chicken breast).
2400mg fish oil

About 1130pm, I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg of melatonin
