40gr Syntha 6 protein

handful of raw almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

5  free-range, organic eggs fried in coconut oil

huge spinach salad with a whole avocado, raw sunflower seeds, red onion, and homemade dressing.

3 huge local-raised, grassfed beef hamburgers wrapped in lettuce. Only seasoning needed was a little red pepper flake, kosher salt, pepper and a little granulated garlic.
