one whole avocado and several strips of bacon, made into little bacon sandwiches...yummm!

Hit the Mongolian...only meat and veggies with clean sauces. Had 1 cup of white rice with it. Drank only water.

As soon as we got home I had a chunk of 90% pure dark chocolate with some coconut oil
