Very low-volume, heavy swings.

10 X 10 w/48kg. 60 seconds rest between sets.

That's it. Banned myself from anything more today. 

NUTRITION:

8am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

830am-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

handful of raw walnuts

25gr Carnivore protein

fish oil

vitamin D

130pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

about 6oz of BBQ pork rib tips with dry rub

huge avocado with lime, salt, pepper

about 1oz of gouda cheese

fish oil

Siberian ginseng

4pm-

200mg caffeine/green tea

9pm-

generous glass of red wine

1 tbsp. coconut oil

giant, giant portion of grass-fed pot roast

huge baked potato with tons of full-fat, organic butter and some dripping from the roast

bunches of steamed broccoli with tons of butter and lemon

fish oil

vitamin D

Will hit the Zn, Mg, B6 later.
