MISC EXERCISES AT GYM, SQUATS AND TRX ROWS (I DID THEM AS CLOSE TO RING ROWS AS I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW) AND SOME PULL UP KNEE RAISES.

I REAAAAAAALLLLLYYY WANTED TO HAVE A CHEAT TODAY :( IT WAS A SUPER HARD DAY TO STAY RIGHT. I NEED HOLIDAYS TO LAND ONLY ON SAT OR SUN LOL!! THEN THEY WILL COINCIDE WITH MY CHEAT DAY ;)
I MADE MY OWN PRETTY BOMB FAJITAS TONIGHT WITH YELLOW, GREEN PEPPERS, RED ONIONS, BEEF TENDERLOIN AND CHICKEN BREAST. SEASONED THEM WITH CHIPOTLE SPICE, CUMIN, CHILI PEPPER, DIED CILANTRO, SALT AND LOTS OF OLIVE OIL. AMAZING!!!!
CARBS WERE 111 WITH 67 FIBER SO 44 NET..... :) I THOUGHT LONG ANS HARD ABOUT HAVING A SMALL BAKED POTATO TONIGHT WITH LOTS OF BUTTER AND CHIVES.........I STILL MIGHT ???

Looks good. Your calories were really low on the previous day. Maybe that has to do with you wanting to eat more as well?
