Thank you!! Sometimes it seems like if I get on a particular veggie kick my carbs are just naturally higher because when my brain says "beets and Brussels" I say "OKAY!!" lol ;)
Total calories: 2,491
Total carb: 140gr (22%)
Total fat: 149gr (54%)
Total protein: 169gr (27%)
These numbers are not crazy, and remember that everyone is different.
I don't think these carbs are out of control. Unfortunately, there is no perfect formula for the number of carbs a person needs or can handle. Your activity level is so high that I'm sure this won't hurt you. Also, you know that your activity today will be very high, so I wouldn't worry about it. Also, the carbs you are taking in are not just a bunch of junk.
