I think the ham and eggs are about perfect. Very satisfying and plenty of fats in there.
What would you suggest? I had ham and eggs, I was determined to avoid carbs for the better part of the day..... last thing at night I did have a "fruit smoothie" with a cup of frozen berries, ice and an egg in it to curb my craving.....the dark choc did not quite cut it.....
Still looks great! I understand the cravings after a cheat meal.
You are getting to know your body well, and next time you can just be ready with something that is really satisfying that isn't sugary for the next day.
