16kg-32kg 1x each.

2, 3-minute (90 seconds per hand) 1-arm long cycle sets -32kg. Both sets @ 8RPM (12L/12R)

12 burpee-pullups
30 1-arm kettlebell swings (40kg [88lb])
400M run.
