PRESSES AT THE TOP OF ONE MINUTE, 15 SWINGS AT THE TOP OF THE NEXT.
TOTAL 20 PRESSES PER SIDE, 120 SWINGS.
THEN,
6 MINUTES OF 20 24KG SNATCHES, ALTERNATED WITH 80-YARD RUNS. GOT 3 ROUNDS, FOR 60 SNATCHES.
