10,000 SWINGS DONE!
Also, I hit a new distance (time) in the one-arm long cycle press, 4 minutes with the 32kg. I'm proud of that. It really was relatively easy. 16 reps per hand, and it felt way easier than 18 presses the other day.
Today's workout:
24kg warmup
Long Cycle Press: 1 minute per hand (8L/8R)
1 minute swings (30 reps)
32kg
Long Cycle Press: 4 minutes (16L/16R)
1-arm swings with 32kg. Total of 270 reps, broken into 1 minute sets of 30 reps each. I rested however long I felt like it between sets.
300 swings total today.
