Yes, this is a big departure from any workout I have done in a while. I almost never do high-rep squats, and almost never run. I am doing this particular workout prior to the December Challenge to get a baseline to test strength endurance and cardiovascular efficiency improvements throughout the month. It is only a fair test if it is something I never practice.
