Following The Paleo Diet and training intelligently.

Today's workout actually scared me a little. I never do more than 5 reps when deadlifting, and usually not immediately after a run. This was tough, but good nutrition has made a difference.

I take less supplements now than ever: A multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin D, some Siberian ginseng and Korean ginseng with a little caffeine boost pre-workout, and some ZMA at night. I probably spend less than $25 per month on supplements.
