Vinegar and a good olive oil are always a good choice for dressings.
I would say the reason this feels limited is because of the huge amount of artificial stuff and harmful things we are bombarded with. One look around at the population. It is hard to break habits.
I am doing okay satiety wise. I would try and have salad but I don't know what to do for dressing. I did see a ranch recipe on Mark's site so I may try that. I do feel pretty limited in what I can eat though.
Good to see the broccoli in there! Looks like the vegetables are sneaking in.
Jason told me you have a food scale and are measuring carefully. That is good to get a feel for portion sizes. How are you doing satiety wise? Feeling hungry?
