Good to see you allowed yourself a cheat meal. Sorry to have missed you yesterday. You don't have to log a cheat meal, but I did want to tell you that you have been doing a great job of logging this past week. If there is one thing I have found it is that when people log diligently, they do well on this program. If they don't, their results aren't usually so good.
