One of the things that you find when eating things that have high nutrient density is that you sometimes don't eat as much as you would eating things that don't have much nutrition, and junk that even leaches nutrients and stimulates appetite. It is totally OK not to have quite the appetite one day. It is also OK to be extra hungry on another day and eat and eat.

I doubt people are really designed to eat a regimented amount each and every day.
