same ol breakfast and same ol lunch. Dinner was a bit light as there was some drama at the house. I had to put my dog of 13 years down last night. That is why I only got 5 1/2 hours sleep. For dinner I had 2 chicken and apple sausages and thats it.

Super sore from Sunday and Monday's workout. Mostly the legs. It took away my ability to sprint through the workout which was the intent. It was much more of a grind it out affair. Plus my arms were still fatigued from the hindu pushups. Arms are not sore just fatigued. No legs in todays workout but lots of triceps and shoulders. :)
