Greetings!

This is my first post ever. I am Brent's wife and I started training with Jim last week. I will be traveling for the next several days. I believe this blog will help me be accountable, especially while away from home.

So over the next six days I have to do the following:
300 squats
100 pushups
150 situps
100 pullups
6- 12 minute sprints.

Workout today:
50 squats
20 push ups
25 sit ups
20 pull ups

I was rained out from sprinting today and really didn't want to do the treadmill. Tomorrow is a full day of travel, but maybe I can check out the hotel gym.

Menu: Not a good day:
Breakfast: egg and apple sausage
Lunch: part of an apple sausage (didn't really take the time to eat)
Dinner: Chicken and 2 coconut larabars
Water: I think I drank 2 liters. I have a jug that doesn't have the measurement listed, but I filled it twice. Probably all the water suppressed my desire to eat at lunch.

Looking forward to reading more about this community.

Ha ha ha....LOVE it! Nothing like a little friendly competition to keep you on your toes!

Conversation at our house:

Carol: I need to get training before you get too big of a lead.

Me: Well... It's not really a competition...

Carol (as if speaking to a child):  Silly husband... Of course it is...

I'm afraid... Very afraid...  :-O
