  • Five minutes of half-getups (knee) @ 15lb
  • Two sets of three reps of half-getups (knee) @ 16kg
    • So much weaker on my left side. Think Jim is right that it is a flexibility issue as much as anything.
  • 10 sets of 10 reps of two-handed swings @ 16kg
