FOOD LOG:

 

8:00AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

9:00AM

- Protein Smoothie (same as yesterday)

- 2 pieces of bacon

11:15-1:00PM (Post-Workout & Beyond)

- Chobani 0% blueberry yogurt

- Raw walnuts

- A few dried strawberries & bananas

- 3 little smokies (when I got home)

2:45PM

- Taco Salad

- Chorizo with mustard

7:45PM

- Thick Salmon fillet (Sport caught from Alaska!), smoked on the BBQ

- Greek Salad: Romaine, cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta cheese & Kalamata olives. Dressed with a red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper dressing

 

TRAINING:

 

10:00AM

- 100 Double KB Presses with 35s (a few as push presses)

- 100 Pullups

These were supersetted in sets of 2,3,5 with 1 minute rest between sets
