- 3 little smokies (when I got home)

- Taco Salad
- Chorizo with mustard
7:45PM
- Thick Salmon fillet (Sport caught from Alaska!), smoked on the BBQ
- Greek Salad: Romaine, cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta cheese & Kalamata olives. Dressed with a red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper dressing
TRAINING:
10:00AM
- 100 Double KB Presses with 35s (a few as push presses)
- 100 Pullups
These were supersetted in sets of 2,3,5 with 1 minute rest between sets
