FOOD LOG:
6:30AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
8:30AM
- 2 slices of thick cut bacon
- A couple bites of left over scrambed egg cooked in coconut oil
- Protein smoothie: 1C unsweetened almond milk, 2 big spoonfuls of Chobani 0% plain greek yogurt (I'm liking this better than the Fage), 1tsp psyllium fiber, scoop of vanilla protein, 1/2 a scoop of Dr Shallenberger's Super Immune QuickStart, half a medium banana, ice
12:15PM
- Can of chicken breast mixed with a little plain greek yogurt, 2 chopped celery stalks, chopped walnuts, ground pepper and a little grated cheddar
- 2 slices of fresh pear
3:00PM
- Big handful of raw almonds
- 2 hard boiled eggs with "Southwest Chipotle" Mrs Dash (salt free)
- 1 carrot
6:00PM
- Big bowl of Taco Salad: Romaine salad mix, ground beef seasoned with low sodium taco seasoning, grated sharp cheddar, diced tomato, sliced olives, two dollops of Chobani plain greek yogurt & a little La Sabrozita tomatillo green salsa
9:15PM
- Handful of raw almonds
