7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with a single serving creamer
8:00AM
- Packet of chocolate cream EAS Myoplex mixed with 14oz liquid- 7oz origional coconut milk & the rest water
(This was a sample I've had lying around since June. The taste was alright and it was filling (initiallly, but not for the long haul), but it contains way too many carbs and a few ingredients that I don't like. I also seemed to react oddly to it. About an hour after finishing it, I felt flushed, a little odd and seemingly hungry)
10:20AM
- Handful of raw almonds
1:15PM
- 2 egg mushroom omlette cooked in coconut oil, topped with leftover taco meat, a little shredded cheddar and hot sauce
- Half a cup of 4% cottage cheese with ground pepper
- 1 square of 72% cacao dark chocolate
6:00PM
- HELLLLOOOO Papa John's & NorCal Margaritas!!! Wooot! Oh and BSU! =)
