* Can't believe it's December already...where has the year gone?

 

FOOD LOG:

 

7:15AM

- Cup of coffee with sugar-free syrup

11:15AM

- 2 slices of thick cut bacon

- 3 egg omelette cooked in leftover bacon fat, seasoned with ground pepper and galic powder & topped with a little Frank's RedHot

- 10 cucumber slices lightly sprinkled with seasoning salt

2:30PM

- 2 cans of low sodium tuna mixed with a little mayo, chopped lettuce and pickle

- 8 beet slices

7:20PM

- 8oz Naked brand- "Green Machine": This is an all natural blended fruit/veggie smoothie. 33g carbs per serving & perfect for post-workout.

- 12 shrimp cooked in coconut oil & garlic

- 1/4lb angus patty with Stubb's (gluten & hfcs free) bbq sauce

 

TRAINING:

* Today is the first day of the Turkish Get Up/Swing Challenge for December. My husband will be in Texas (again) next week, so I'm condensing the week's TGUs into 3 days. I will do what swings I can in the gym and substitute squats at home.

 

5:30PM

- 9 TGUs with the 35

- 200 2-Arm Swings with the 62
