Breakfast - 8:00 am - 1 quest bar, 2 oz beef jerky.


Lunch - 1:45pm -7 oz chicken breast; 1/2 avocado; 1 3/4 cups green beans w 1 tbsp butter; 1/2 cup blueberries w 2 tbsp heavy cream.


Dinner - 8:00pm - 8 oz hamburger; 1 slice muenster cheese; 1 1/2 cups broccoli; 1 banana.


Exercise - weight lifting

As you may have found by now. Good nutrition becomes a habit. You are getting into habit of eating primally, and that is what it takes.

Are things easier than the start?
