Breakfast - 8:00 am - 3 eggs w/ 2 tbsp coconut oil; 2 oz beef jerky.
Lunch - 1:25pm -6 oz ham; 1/2 cup carrots; handful macadamias; 1/2 cup blueberries w 2 tbsp heavy cream.
Dinner - 6:15pm - 8 oz chicken breast; 1 cup onions and bell pepper; 1/2 avocado; 2 tbsp sour cream; 1 oz dark chocolate.
Exercise - 30 mins incline treadmill

Again, looks like you are starting to solidify some good habits.

How is your body feeling and responding to the increased training? It looks like you are eating more protein and that is a good thing.

I also notice that there isn't the usual small amounts of cheese in here today. The sour cream isn't a great choice, but definitely not a problem in very small quantities. I eat cheese, too but notice that when I really want to tighten things up I do eliminate it completely. I usually let people make that choice later on during a program, when everything else is perfect. Sometimes that is what helps them just the last small percentage.
