Food Log:

 

7:30am

- Cup of coffee with 2T of Italian Sweet Cream creamer

 

8:30am

- 2 large eggs fried in 1tsp of Coconut oil w/ 2 slices of thick cut bacon

- 1 multivitamin

- 25mg DHEA

- 1 Green Tea capsule

- 250mg Organic American Ginseng

 

 1:00pm

- 1 bite of an apple slice and a tiny bite of pork & beans while making the boys lunch @ 12:30pm

- 1/3lb Angus hamburger patty (seasoned with pepper & garlic powder) on a bed of romaine topped with a little ketchup, mustard, sliced pickle, white onion & tomato

- Steamed fresh broccoli  (about 2 cups) sprinkled with some Seasoning Salt

- 1 multivitamin (I like to divide up the 2 pill dosage)

- 1 Green Tea capsule

- 250mg Organic American Ginseng

 

5:30pm

- Caribbean Salad w/grilled shimp from Chili's:

Fresh pineapple, mandarin oranges, dried cherries, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and honey-lime dressing. 

(620 Cals; 31g Fat; 6g Sat Fat; 66g Carbs; 19g Protein; 6g Fiber; 1060g Sodium)...CHEAT meal indeed & not one worthy of a repeat.

- 2 small bites of Gavin's Mac&Cheese

- 1 small bite of one of Robert's chicken strips

 

9:00pm

- 6oz cup of nonfat Fage Greek Yogurt with 1 packet Stevia and a bunch of cinnimon

 

9:30-10:00pm

- 5,000mcg Biotin

- 50mg Zinc

- 3mg Melatonin 

- 1200mg Omega-3 Fish Oil

 

Training:

 

Off day- Trying to catch up on my 1,000 rep Challenge

- 144 Bodyweight Squats (nonstop)

- 87 Pushups

- 30 Ring Pulls

- 30 Situps
