Afternoon workout
2x1 TGU @ 16kg
3x7 Snatch @ 16kg
10 minutes (0.5 mile) treadmill intervals
  Two minute warm up
   Six minutes alternating between one minute @ 3.5 and one minute @ 5.0
  Two minute cool down


Previous Night's Sleep:

  • 7.5 hours


Nutrition:

 

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Four sausage links

Black coffee

Banana

Opti-Men Multivitamin 

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Large spinach salad with bacon, egg, shredded cheese, tomatos, pepper and HFCS free blue cheese dressing

Three chocolate candies & three hard candies

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Paleo beef stroganoff

Mixed steamed veggies

Banana

Handful of raw almonds

1.5oz 88% dark chocolate
