  • 1x2 (each side) of TGU @ 16kg
  • 10x5 of goblet squats @ 16kg
  • 7x5 of snatches @ 16kg
  • 1x10 hand-to-hand swings @ 16kg
  • 4x10 hand-to-hand swings @ 20kg

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Black coffee

Banana

2000IU Vitamin D

1000mg fish oil

Noon - 4:00p:

Chicken & veggie paleo stir fry

Two chicken apple sausages

I hear ya...I wouldn't have the muscle gains I do now and would only be able to do 1 pullup!

As your upper body strength increases, so will your ability to do things that might not have come so easy before. You are making awesome progress!! Like Jim says, pick an exercise you hate (or one you aren't good at) and do it all the time...You'll have no choice but to improve. =)

Heh... That'd be awesome!  Actually, I've never been able to do normal pushups very well.  Although I did give it a try the other day and it's getting better.  I probably should think about throwing some of those into my workouts...
