  • Two sets of five minutes of Reverse TGU (down part only)
  • Two full TGU on each side @ 12kg
    • Huge victory! I have been struggling to do a complete TGU at any weight since I started. :-D

Noon - 4:00p:

Iced black coffee

BLT lettuce wrap (no mayo)

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Iced black coffee

Ham, roast beef tomato lettuce wrap

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

Beef pad prik king

Steamed broccoli, squash, pea-pods

Nectarine

Eight dark chocolate covered almonds

3t. Natural Calm magnesium

Thanks Jim!  No worries about seeing it.  I don't count it as a real TGU for me until I can do it @ 16kg.  I think you'll probably try to talk me out of that... but I'm stubborn that way... :)
