Five sets of

-Double long-cycle jerks @ 12kg / 7 RPM

-Two minutes exercise

-90 seconds rest

That sounds about right. It should be rough, but you should be able to complete it. The goal is to do it until it isn't quite as rough, then we progress it according to the chart. That way your work capacity increases...

...and kettlebell make you fight like Russian bear.

Going well.  That workout was after MA and I was still able to do it, tho it was a little rough at the end.
