After a couple of days of not posting I am back....
Breakfast:
3 turk saus.
Workout:
Light day...all done with the 18
3 Rounds of:
1 min press per hand
1 min rest
1 min 1-arm swings per hand
1 min rest
1 min 1-arm swings per hand
Rest 1 min
Finished w/ 5X10 2 arm swings with the 62.
Lunch:
A very weird but yummy concoction of: broc., ground beef, cucumbers, cheese, a little corn, tom, romaine lettuce.
Snack:
The remainder of my lunch
Dinner:
wasn't that hungry so I had about 4 bites of my ground turkey with spag. sauce
Went running with my sister this evening on the greenbelt. I went at her pace so it was fairly easy for me. We did 40 min and it was super fun!!
When I got home tho I was HUNGRY so I had a little popcorn, slice of cheese and some peanut butter on a rice cake. I KNOW I KNOW....0% nutrition. But it satisfied me.
