1 TGU ea side 100 swings, 2 TGUs ea side, 75 swings, 3 TGUs ea side 50 swings, 4 TGUs ea side, 25 swings. TGUs with 35lb and 26lb KB, swings with 44lb and 35lb KB. 250 done, total 1050 for the week! W00T! Can't wait to see what Coach has in store for me this week :)

Excellent workout. Glad to see you are finding dew ways to break those up.

This week is 15 minutes of TGU and 1,500 swings!
