Breakfast:
3 turk saus
1/2 cup fage yogurt with sf jam added
handful of almonds
Lunch:
Chicken breast
Raw carrots and broccoli
avocado with a little ff sour cream mixed in
WORKOUT:
25 min walking/running on treadmill at 10% incline
10 min alternating on the minute with slow push-ups and clap push-ups
10 almonds
Dinner:
chicken mixed with a little mayo
lettuce, carrots and broccoli
