1 minute each hand with 1 minute rest with 26 lb. kb. of:

Long cycle push press
I ran through this twice and was then having trouble with the snatches and my hand so I did a round of:
1 minute each hand with 1 minute of rest with 26 lb. kb. of:
Strict press
Push press
Long cycle push press
I also did 4 dead lifts at 225 lbs. and 5 dead lifts at 200 lbs. I will restart the cycle on Saturday at 190 lbs.
I ended by doing 3 sets of windmill stretches with the 26 lb. kb. 3 on each side
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer (I had a killer headache this morning, but I made it all day yesterday without coffee! :) )
Pre-workout snack:
Fage greek yogurt with a little bit of splenda and some fresh strawberries
Lunch:
Salad, 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, a few strawberries
Dinner:
Chicken breast, salad with celery, carrots, and cheese, 5 almonds
