Rest Day! :)
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon
Lunch:
1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt and a small nectarine
Snack:
Carrots with a little bit of light ranch dressing (1 tbsp?)
Dinner:
2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 1 apple with 2 tbsp. of peanut butter, fish oil pills
Cutting out the caffeine did nothing for my headaches, and I didn't feel any different after 3 days, so I decided to have a cup tonight. And, I was craving sweet, so I decided that the PB was probably a better choice over something else we had around the house. I have upped my water intake and am trying to remember to take the fish oil pills. I am trying to reign in any of my bad habits that are lingering here and there that may be inhibiting any fat loss, particularly for the new program I am embarking on for the next month. Hopefully I can see some results on the scale and in the mirror. :)
