Been slacking on logging. Sorry everyone. I really appreciate all of you logging so regularly, and for me not to log my stuff is just pure laziness. I can assure you that there were only a few indiscretions nutritionally, and I have been training extra hard.
Thursday: 8/4
20 minutes of pullups and Hindu pushups.
5 of each at the top of each minute for 20 minutes = 100 of each. Knocked out my 100 pullups for the week here.
Friday:8/5
Taekwon-Do: 18 hyungs, basics, Tabata kicking intervals and breaking. Broke 3" with a ridgehand strike today. That was a new one for me.
Saturday: 8/6
Taekwon-Do: 15 hyungs, 2 rounds of Tabata kicking intervals, one with only basic ground kicks and one with jumping kicks...more on that next week.
I will say that Tabata kicking intervals are worse that Tabatas with 70lb kettlebell swings.
Finished out the workout with 300 squats in one unbroken set that took almost 10 minutes and 100 Hindu pushups @ 10 sets of 10 with a new set starting each minute.
