16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS AND 30# MACEBELL 360s. 

I really about destroyed myself with the macebell. This is a very nasty tool. I know when the soreness starts creeping in an hour later that it is going to be serious. Everything from the waist up is destroyed.

DEADLIFTS:

1 HOUR OF INDIAN CLUBS, FOAM ROLLING, AND LACROSSE BALL S.M.F.R.

NUTRITION:

7am-

200mg caffeine

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

handful of jerky and raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil 5000iu vitamin D

130pm-

huge leftover grilled chicken breast (cooked up a whole bunch of these last night...marinated for 24hrs in basalmic vinegar, olive oil and garlic and cooked over charcoal)

baked potato with lots of organic butter, a little cheese and red pepper flake...not 100% paleo, but it needed to be eaten and took almost no prep)

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

whole mixing bowlful of salad with 2 grilled chicken breasts, green and red chard, kale, spinach, raw sunflower seeds, 1/2 avocado, feta cheese, a whole broccoli crown, and a bunch of homemade olive oil and basalmic vinaigrette dressing

cod liver oil

12am-

will hit the Zn, Mg and B6
