couple handfuls of a sort of trail mix with raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, and raw almonds

200mg caffeine

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge salad with spinach, red and green chard, kale, avocado, red onion, feta cheese, and a giant grilled chicken breast. 

huge baked potato with grated parmesean cheese and butter with red pepper flake

bunch of steamed broccoli with tons of butter and lemon
