Fasted from about 9pm the night before until about 530pm, after training today. Made a huge spinach and kale salad with a whole avocado, whole broccoli crown, 2 chicken breasts, a handful of sunflower seeds, feta cheese, and homemade dressing.

cod liver oil
5000iu vitamin D
Didn't really feel like eating anything else today so I didn't.
