about 1oz of 88% pure dark chocolate

4pm-
200mg caffeine
10pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge chunk of broiled salmon
giant spinach and kale salad with a bunch of misc veggies and homemade dressing
1/2 avocado
stiff gin and tonin
