huge leftover chicken breast (pan cooked in coconut oil)

small bowl filled with blackberries and raw almonds

4pm-(preworkout)

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

9pm

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of steak pan cooked in bacon grease

whole bunch of steamed broccoli with tons of butter and lemon

whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
