1 tbsp coconut oil

4 huge eggs right from a local small farm

5 strips of bacon

about 6oz of leftover grassfed steak

200mg caffeine/green tea

500mg maca root

930pm-

1 tbps coconut oil

huge double burger with a tons of grassfed beef, and swiss cheese on a portabello mushroom

whole mixing bowl of salad with spinach, avocado, kale, sunflower seed, and green onions with homemade dressing
