REST DAY

TABATA HILL SPRINTS X 3. 

(Generally a steep climb on all, but there was some downhill here too and a little flat. I jogged back to the base of the hill to repeat, so it was pretty metabolic the whole time. That's part of the reason there were only 3 rounds.)

NUTRITION:

Fasted since about 930 the evening before. 

1pm-

2 scoops Jack3D (preworkout)

3pm-(postworkout)

2 scoops Aftershock

5pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover broiled salmon

5000iu vitamin D 

1030pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge steak, bunch of steamed broccoli and large baked potato with tons of butter and sour cream

1230pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
