430pm-preworkout
2.5 scoops Jack3D

7pm-postworkout
(Forgot my postworkout shake, so I made due with some stuff sitting around the gym).
1 serving of a recovery product called "Recoverite" that contains about 30gr of simple sugars with 1 scoop of glutamine
Handful of raw almonds

10pm-
Huge chicken Ceasar salad, made at home with a whole bunch of green vegetables and lean chicken breast.
2000mg fish oil

About 1130, I will take 3mg of melatonin
