Barely ate anything all day, but had an outstanding cheat meal of Thai fried rice and Sapporo postworkout!

4 strips of bacon
About 8oz of smoked turkey

6pm-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3D

815pm-postworkout
25gr Carnivore protein with 2 tbsp brown sugar and a scoop of glutamine

10pm-
Huge salad (mixing bowl full) with baby spinach, red onion, 1 whole large avocado, 1 whole large tomato, red onion, 2 strips of bacon, feta cheese and vinaigrette dressing

About 1130 I will take 3mg of melatonin
