TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE PRACTICE. THIS MONTH'S PROJECT IS 1000 REPS OF BASIC KICKING DRILLS EACH WEEK.

large grilled chicken breast with some of my homemade dressing on top

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

1000g vitamin C

caffeine/green tea

1000mg vitamin C

about 12oz of baked cod with a ton of kerrygold butter and lemon

few handfuls of gluten free nut thins with an artichoke dip made with olive oil

huge bowl of raw broccoli with a garlic aioli dip

red wine

2oz of cheese

4000mg fish oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
