Lots of my typical fasting on Saturdays and Sundays. The only big cheat was on Saturday, where I snacked on a bag of chips while driving in the hills. Otherwise, just jerky and nuts for the day and then grass-fed beef hamburgers at night with a bunch of steamed spinach and kale.

About 1.5lbs of baked cod with kerrygold butter and lemon and a huge bunch of steamed spinach with butter and lemon...enough kerrygold butter, lemon, and salt, that I could drink it from the bowl after eating all the spinach
